We are now looking for an ASP Manager, are you interested?  As ASP Manager, you will assure best value at procurement of (A)SP services in accordance to related scope.

You will have all needed information on supplier base in rollout and field maintenance operations and will act on supplier performance issues.

As a Leader, you will secure the correct contractual prices per agreed scope with the customer.

You will ensure OHS competence and statutory compliance of supplier as well as drive the Statement of Work (SoW) and Price models.

You will be a part of supplier evaluation, selection, and important metric requirements.

You will build and drive (A)SP forecasting and (A)SP Operational Governance Framework. (A)SP in this document refers to ASP/SP/FSO.

You Will


You will liaison with the team to organize and coordinate work activities

Develop and maintain sourcing activities

You will participate in tender negotiation and delivery

Coach and drive the onboarding of (A)SPs

Secure (A)SPs have all required licenses, specific tools, permits and certification before commencement of project

Plan and maintain quality assurance performance in OHS

You will be responsible for managing and controlling (A)SP quality and budget

Apply service delivery process and models.


To be successful in the role you are:


Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering or similar discipline and master’s degree is preferable

Minimum 8 years of experience in telecom industry mainly in Network Rollout

Excellent financial acumen and experience

Experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy

You possess OHS knowledge and skills

Support with building and formulating strategies and concepts.

You should also have:


Excellent social and interpersonal skills

Responsive and result oriented

You will be perseverant, as well as open minded, with a passion to win.

Job Title: Network Sales Specialist

We are now looking for a network sales specialist to secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through proactive business development based on fundamental understanding of the customers’ business, operations and objectives.

Actively lead and mobilize internal resources to deliver efficient and effective end to end solutions allowing detailed transition from sales to operations. Develop both internal and external relation/s in order to actively give to make customers and Ericsson successful.

This job role could be passionate about selling assigned portfolio, a specific part of the customer’s business/technology area and/or geography.

You Will


Your responsibility will be to improve customer relationships and dedication.

You are encouraged to build sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales.

The role also includes optimization of the account team’s performance and to enable flawless transition to operations

Act as Network sales expert towards the customer

Represent KAM in sales process and opportunities

Act as ACR and own the core 3 team during the sales process (SDP1, SDP2, SDP 3) and through project execution by leading change request and maintaining profitability.


To be successful in the role you must have:


Education: Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Master of Science or similar

Minimum 8 years of proven experience of relationship sales and 8 years from the ICT industry

Demonstrated ability: (RAN, 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G.)

Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding

You will need to have customer and market insight as well as negotiation skills

Leadership experience

Structured and organized to lead the project profitability and changes.
