- Agitation for the Oduduwa republic looks to have taken a new dimension
- The group unveiled a new security outfit which they believe is for the protection of life and properties of Yoruba people
There was the emergence of an unidentified group of men dressed in security outfits alleged to be the Yoruba nation’s security force with the code name — ‘Operation paramole’.
It was described as the first batch of Yoruba nation warriors from Ogun State chapter in the South West of Nigeria.
This development came after several agitations from Yoruba community and people following their disagreement and fight with some unidentified Fulani group who are involved in kidnappings and other illegal activities in Yoruba land.
Many reports of violence and unrest has been confirmed since the escalation of the Fulani cattle grazing crisis in the region leading to agitations for disintegration by some Yoruba agitators.
As gathered by EKO HOT BLOG, the emergence of this unidentified security force alleged to be Yoruba nation warriors has caused reactions online.
