COVID-19: NCDC Records Zero Death For Fourth Consecutive Day, Confirms 67 New Cases

  • Total cases confirmed – 164,147
  • Total cases discharged – 154,304
  • Total deaths recorded – 2,061

The latest figures by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has shown that Nigeria has recorded a total of 164,147 COVID-19 cases.

In its latest case update dated April 16, the NCDC reports 67 new cases with no COVID-related fatality.

The new infections were recorded in 9 states — Lagos-26, Kaduna-11, Akwa Ibom-8, Rivers-8, Ogun-5, Kano-3, Osun-3, FCT-2 and Plateau-1.
