- Fans faulted Tope Alabi for discrediting Adeyinka Alaseyori’s work on stage instead of ministering her songs.
Popular Nigerian gospel singer Tope Alabi has come under fire for criticizing her colleague Adeyinka Alaseyori over her popular hit song titled ‘Oniduro Mi ose o’ (my guarantor, I’m grateful), EKO HOT BLOG gathered.
In a video making the rounds on social media, Tope Alabi said God isn’t her guarantor because He’s more than a guarantor.
According to Tope Alabi, if Adeyinka Alaseyori had released the song from the Holy Spirit’s leading, she would understand that God is more than a guarantor and will not say such a word.
An Instagram blogger identified as aprokolandlord who shared the video said he’s a big fan of Tope Alabi; however, it is wrong and petty to publicly criticize such a song.
The blogger faulted Tope Alabi for discrediting Adeyinka Alaseyori’s work on stage instead of ministering her songs.

In response, social media slammed Tope Alabi. While some said she’s always fond of discrediting other people’s work, others pointed out that she’s is scared of leaving the spotlight for young stars.
