Watford Striker Dennis Emmanuel Admits To Being An Arsenal Fan
- says “I used to shed tears whenever I see Arsenal losing a match
EKO HOT BLOG reports that Watford striker Dennis Emmanuel has admitted to being a diehard fan of Arsenal FC back in the days.
Dennis said all that has changed now because he no longer supports the club, but back then “I used to shed tears whenever I see them losing a match”
“I used to be an Arsenal fan. I liked Cesc Fabregas. But I’m no more an Arsenal fan. I was so much into Arsenal sometimes I could cry when they lose. That wasn’t good for me,” Dennis said.
“So I was like, ‘nah, I’m going to stick to myself and don’t care much because it’s not good for my health’. It’s just me and myself right now.”
Only Liverpool star Mohamed Salah (22) has had more goals involvements than Dennis in the Premier League so far this season.
The Nigerian international almost inked the papers for both Manchester United and Arsenal but two Premier League clubs were unable to meet his asking price from Club Brugge at that time
Having said that, the Nigeria international has already put himself in the shop window and is sure to attract interest from bigger clubs in the summer having taken the Premier League by storm this term, scoring six goals and setting up five others in fourteen appearances.
