Elon Musk and singer Grimes have welcomed their second child.

One year and a few months after welcoming their son X A-Xii, the Tesla CEO, 50, and the artist, 34, welcomed a baby girl.
After her daughter began sobbing from upstairs during her Vanity Fair interview, Grimes confessed that her family had enlarged.
In the interview, she didn’t say what their daughter’s name is, but she did say that they nickname their child “Y.” Their son is also known as “X” by the couple.
“Y” was born via surrogate in December 2021, according to Grimes.
Elon already has six sons, so this is his first daughter.
It comes just months after it was reported that the couple had split up.
Back in September of last year, businessman Elon announced that he and Grimes were semi-separated but still on good terms.
The couple, on the other hand, appears to be back on track with their baby news.
Grimes told Vanity Fair: “I would probably refer to him as my boyfriend, but we’re very fluid. We live in separate houses. We’re best friends. We see each other all the time.
“We just have our own thing going on and I don’t expect other people to understand it.”
“This is the best it’s ever been,” she said of their happiness. “We just need to be free.”
The couple also want more kids, telling Vanity Fair that they’ve “always wanted at least three or four.”
Elon previously married novelist Justine Wilson and had six boys with her. Nevada, their first son, died of sudden infant death syndrome at the age of ten weeks in 2002, leaving them with five sons: 18-year-old twins Griffin and Xavier, and 16-year-old triplets Damian, Saxon, and Kai.
He married actress Talulah Riley twice, the first time in 2010 and the second time in 2012.
In 2013, they reconciled and remarried, then divorced in 2016.
From 2017 through 2018, Elon dated Amber Heard.
