EKO HOT BLOG reports that Mabo Brand Concept Limited has celebrated various stakeholders and partners to mark its six years anniversary on 26th February 2022. in Ikeja.
According to the organisers, the stakeholders and partners were rewarded for their long time support and investment in the brand since its inception.
The one-day event with the theme, “Building a Sustainable Wealth in an Unstable Economy“, brought together sponsors, investors, clients, partners, staff, as well as family and friends from across the country, to celebrate the brand.
As part of the activities to mark Mabo Brand Concept Limited anniversary, the firm invited some industry experts and thought leaders, who spoke on different sub-topics with respect to the event theme.
The Director, Strategic and Trade Relations Africa of Africa’s Young Entrepreneurs, Mr Olubunmi Oluwadare, delivered a lecture on “Building a Sustainable wealth Through Agriculture”
Also, the Chief Executive Officer, Realty Point Ltd, Mr Debo Adejana, spoke on “Real Estate Investment: Vehicle to Wealth Sustainability” and while the only female speaker, Chief Executive Officer, Brockville Investments Limited, Olaqunmi Olatunji who spoke on “Building an Asset Base Investment for Wealth Sustainability”.
The first-panel session was led by professionals who spoke more about their businesses and the various business opportunities and value chain attached to it. They also advised businesses to show commitment to development in their business models and in their various communities.
The host, Chief Executive Officer, Mabo Brand Concept Limited, Mr Opeyemi Adeyanju, who spoke with EKO HOT BLOG at the event, described their achievement through the years as a product of favour and immense support received from clients who had remained a strong foundation for the company’s performance in the last 6 years.
He said, “In the last six years, we’ve been helping the young ones become an entrepreneur, help scale their business, build their capacity and as well train them on the right way to sustain their business.
“It no doubts that the journey has been tough and rough, but because this is our mission and vision, we key into solving problems, due to the present economic situation of the country, we all in one way or the other find ourselves in the entrepreneurship sector unprepared, and all of these affects the growth of lots of businesses out there, and that is why we decide to get committed to helping business owners and intending business owners build a scalable and sustainable business.
“We’ve been able to build so many entrepreneurs over the years, lots of startups have been able to scale their business through us, and we are still very much in the business of helping others.”
Adeyanju said since it started, it had been involved in groundbreaking activities, many of which had earned its acclaim.
“In the cause of our running business, we realized there are so many other things we could do, which we started about our third year, but in the fifth year we realize we need to diversify into some other aspect like the economy to solve other problem, and because we have taken our time as an organization to build a structure, to build a standard system that can run a business with or without the founder, we were able to now scale the business and incorporate a new business called GAIN BUSINESS INCUBATOR.
“We have a corporative advantage in that sector which is agriculture, and we tend to incubate more business idea and help them accelerate in the agriculture sector, food sector, building agro-business in the value chain and also to see how we can leverage on technology ‘’
The guests were thrilled with a number of fun activities, among which were talk shows, panel discussion, and a raffle draw. Lucky participants in the raffle draw won plots of land.
