Are you aware that certain signs could indicate that you are on the verge of losing your sight or vision? Because of ignorance or the fact that some of us are generally unconcerned about our health, we may miss these subtle signs that our eyes are in trouble.

1. Double Vision 

If you begin to notice double vision in one or both eyes, this is a strong indication that you have a vision-threatening eye disease.

2. Seeing halos around lights

Halos are rainbow circles that appear when you get close to lights or power sources. Rainbow-colored circles frequently indicate that there is a lot of pressure in the eyes or that the processes that lead to vision aren’t working properly.

3. Seeing what appears to be a curtain coming over one of your eyes 

A curtain-like cover on one eye could indicate retinal detachment, which if left untreated can result in total vision loss.

4. Increased sensitivity to light and glare

This could be a sign of something serious or something as simple as nearsightedness, but any sudden increase in light sensitivity should be taken seriously.

Seeing light flashes that look like camera flashes in one or both eyes. This is a very bad sign, and it should not be taken for granted.
