I Love The Speculations -- IK Ogbonna On His Divorce From Ex-wife

IK Ogbonna has come up to the public to speak about his split from his ex-wife, Sonia Morales.
The Nollywood actor reacts to the speculative stories circulating the media space.
And according to the actor, it is a very much cherished narrative he will love to keep the media pushing as he prefers to keep his life private while the world keeps speculating.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that Nollywood actor and model, Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IK Ogbonna, has spoken up about the cause of his divorce from his ex-wife, Sonia Morales, stating that the reason for the separation is all speculation.

The actor, who has been divorced since 2019, revealed that he had never made public the real cause of his divorce to Sonia, contrary to speculations that it was due to infidelity on his part.

Speaking in an interview with The Punch, Ogbonna said:

“I have never said the cause of my separation; it has been all speculation and I would like the public to hold on to those speculations if they choose to do so. My private life doesn’t necessarily concern the world, but what I choose the world to know is what I make the public know about me.”

The actor went on to say that he and his ex-wife were still friends and that the fact that things did not work out between them did not necessarily mean that they had to fall apart. He added that he was not discriminatory when it came to relationships and had dated across religions and tribes.

Ogbonna also spoke about the possibility of getting married again, stating that he was certainly going to get married again but only to someone with particular characteristics and personality that he could hold on to. He said, “If the worst comes to worst, I can hold on to this lady and move on.”
